The German ant-immigration party, 'Alternative for Germany', has adopted an anti-Islam manifesto on the second day of its two-day conference in Stuttgart.
Members voted to include a ban on minarets, the call to prayer and the full-face veil.
Co-leader J"org Meuthen said after the vote Islam was not part of Germany:
"Sharia on German soil cannot be allowed. Also the treatment of women, as it is described in the Koran, in our point of view is not compatible with the German constitution. Still, this does not mean that we turn against Muslims who are integrated and live peacefully here."

On Saturday up to 2,000 left-wing demonstrators chaled with police as they tried to break up the AfD's conference. About 500 people were briefly detained and 10 officers were slightly injured.

AfD has no lawmakers in the federal parliament in Berlin but has members in half of Germany's 16 regional state assemblies.
Set up three years ago, its has attracted support on the back of Europe's migrant crisis, presenting a growing challenge to Chancellor Angela Merkel's conservatives and other established parties ahead of the 2017 federal election.
Germany is home to nearly four million Muslims, about five percent of the total population. Many of the longer established Muslim community in Germany came from Turkey to find work, but those who have arrived over the past year (more than one million) have mostly been fleeing conflicts in Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan.

An apparently hungry bear somehow made its way into a second-floor apartment in Avon, Colorado, early Saturday morning, prompting a response from sheriff's deputies and firefighters.
The Eagle River Fire Protection District's Engine 7 was dispatched to the home after the small intruder was reported to be rummaging through a refrigerator about 4:45 a.m., according to post on the agency's Facebook page.
A brief video released by the fire department shows four firefighters and two Eagle County deputies in a hallway, slowly approaching the entrance to the apartment.
The resident had locked himself in his bedroom "until the bruin could be encouraged to vacate the premises," according to the video's caption.
"Go on, buddy," the deputies and firefighters say in the footage, as they stand near the front door. "Come on, come on."
The bear then pokes his head out and scurries down the hall. The responders follow behind, chuckling.
"Is he alone? Make sure," one says.
"I hope mom's not around," says another.
Neither the bear nor any humans were injured, according to the fire department.
The agency reminded residents to keep their windows and doors locked, and ensure that garbage and pet food are not left where they might attract bears.
"Remember, a fed bear is a dead bear," the Facebook post said.

Bill Clinton was repeatedly interrupted by protesters during a rally for Hillary Clinton in Logan, West Virginia Sunday before the state's primary on May 10.
The group booed the former president and confronted him about Hillary Clinton's promise to destroy coal jobs, a long-standing staple of West Virginia's economy.
During the rally, Clinton recounted that he had asked his wife to send him to "any place in America that feels left out and left behind." The protesters then began shouting at the former president, to which he reacted with disdain.
"This is where they start screaming because they don't want to hear this," Clinton said with his hand raised. The crowd applauded and stood up to face the protesters, who continued booing and were ushered out.
"The difference between us and them is that we listen to them," Clinton said.
Prior to Clinton's appearance in Logan, city officials emailed Sen. Joe Manchin (D., W. Va.) attempting to prevent his visit, according to WVNS-TV.
"Bill and Hillary Clinton are simply not welcome in our town," their email stated. "Mrs. Clinton's anti-coal messages are the last thing our suffering town needs at this point. The policies that have been championed by people like Mrs. Clinton have all but devastated our fair town, and honestly, enough is enough."
